정부초청 외국인 장학생 학사 운영 지침이 2026. 3. 1.자로 붙임과 같이 개정되었으니, 정부초청 장학생 분들께서는 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

<주요 변경 사항>

(1) 시간제 취업 제한 규정 완화 (일반 유학생과 동일하게 법무부 규정 적용)

(2) 조기 취업 제한 규정 완화

(3) 수학대학과의 협력을 통한 체계적 동문 관리 체계 구축

(4) 휴학 관련 미비 규정 및 한국어연수과정 출결 규정 정비

(5) 외국대학과의 복수학위 운영 관련 조항 추가

Please be informed that the academic guidelines for GKS students have been revised as attached, effective March 1, 2026.

All GKS students are advised to review the updated guidelines carefully.

<Major Revisions>

(1) Easing of regulations on part-time employment (same as for general international students)

(2) Easing of early employment restrictions

(3) Establishment of a systematic alumni management system in cooperation with host universities

(4) Revision of insufficient regulations regarding leave of absence and attendance requirements for the Korean language program

(5) Addition of provisions related to the operation of dual degree programs with foreign universities
