2026학년도 외국인 유학생 기숙사 신청 안내

Application for Dormitory during the Summer Semester, 2026

1. 대상: 2026-1학기 외국인 재학생 / 신(편)입생 (학부/대학원)

  For whom: Foreign students who are enrolling undergraduate / graduate program for Fall semester, 2026.

* 교환학생은 글로벌교류팀으로 신청 In case of exchange students, please contact office of international relations.

2. 기숙사 안내 Dormitory Overview

※ 기존 거주자 및 GKS 장학생은 남산학사 배정을 원칙으로 함 Current residents and GKS scholars will stay Namsan Residence.

4. 신청일정 Application Schedule

★ 우선선발 Priority

- 정부초청장학생 GKS students

- 2026-1학기 신(편)입생 (학부생 우선) freshman / transfer student in the Spring semester

- 대학원 신입생 중 해외체류자 freshman of graduate school who are staying overseas

- 재학생은 직전학기 성적순 Higher GPA scores in the previous semester

※ 신청자가 많을 경우 일부 신청자는 입사가 제한될 수 있습니다. If there are a lot of applicants, students may be restricted from occupying the dormitory residence.

5. 신청 바로가기 Apply (Click) / 신청기간에만 OPEN 됨.

6. 제출서류 Required Documents

  1. 입사서약서

  2. 여권 사본

  3. 흉부 X-ray 결과 확인서(입사일 기준 30일 이내 확인서만 인정)

  4. 홍역 예방접종 증명서 또는 홍역 항체검사 결과서

  (항체검사 결과서에 항체 양성/음성 여부에 대한 의사 소견 필히 기재, 양성만 입사 가능)

7. 유의사항 Notice

가. 2026학년도 입사기준일(2026.) 이후 퇴사신청(입학포기 포함)시 환불규정에 의거 차감 환불 또는 환불금액이 없을 수 있습니다. Be aware of that refund is not paid in full if cancellation or withdrawal is made after check-in date.

나. 별도로 안내된 기간 내에 기숙사비를 납부하지 않을 경우 합격이 취소될 수 있습니다. If the dormitory fee is not paid within the separately announced payment period, your dormitory acceptance may be canceled.
